Strength - LABS House

Join us for a 1-hour Strength and Conditioning class suitable for all abilities! 

Led by Barney from The Fitness Works, a Level 6 qualified coach with extensive experience, this class is designed to improve your strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. Get ready to challenge yourself, reach your fitness goals, and enjoy in a supportive environment.

Time: 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
